Cecil is the 5th generation of professional photographers in the Snipes family. He is also a graduate of University of South Carolina Columbia, SC and Jones College Jacksonville, Fl.

Yolanda is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University Central, SC. She has studied with some of

the best artistic photographers in the country. Developing her own style of painting photographs,

known as Digital Fine Art.
